Leader of veterans group announces listening tour
The leader of the state agency devoted to veterans announced Monday he'll spend five days during September on a West Virginia listening tour.

Listen, as long as the American Legion and the VFW control the Veteran's Council nothing is going to happen without their consent. Rick Thompson wants to make a difference but I just don't see it. I suggest you go by a VA Hospital and ask what the needs are. The younger Vets need jobs and so on. Without some help from Washington ain't nuthin goin to happen. Drop the Veteran's Council and get things organized.
