I understand the need to accomadate the facilities with better structure to old existing prisons like Waupun and Greenbay max. But lets look also at the parole board since the promotion of Alphonso Graham as chair of the board. Has done nothing but deny parole to men and women who have completed all necessary programs. If Graham would stop his cop mentality and work as a parole chair that would ease a lot of overcrowding, and allow for more men and women incarcerated to move from max, to med, and then to min, then out to a halfway house or granted parole instead one deferment to another deferment only to keep men and women incarcerated so he will looked upon has taking a stance on incarceration no matter what the crime is. I hope and pray that come March 2009 this racist against parole will no longer hold offfice as parole board chair if I could vote it would definately be a no. It's time for C.H.A.N.G.E there are just to many men and women under the old law before truth in sentencing that should be consider for parole not another deferment only to keep prison population growing and staff at risk because of the ratio. Before eliminating parole eliminate Alphonso Graham.

It would be a crime in itself if he paroled an inmate with say, theft crimes, to a suspected Murderer Rapist who may have never been charged. Any parole board that would do that is either setting the inmate up for more trouble or ignorant in their field.
