Maybe it's because of the name,"Clintonville ".They should change it to Bushville,and see if the noises stop.

I have been watching this on news.we used to see concrete do that.IF you pour it in a basement without putting barrier between wall an concrete pad,when the concrete seasoned out ,it would pull from the wall and make a big boom.HAS THERE BEEN A LOT OF CONCRETE POURED IN THE LAST 4-5 YEARS IN THAT AREA ?IT COULD BE COLD STREET JOINTS POPPING OR UNDERGROUND SEWER CONCRETE SEASONING OUT.IT WOULD CAUSE NO HARM. AND IT IS INTERESTING.
