Babble on about nonsense all you want, zeffy. Motherhood IS still optional, which means a woman can reject it for any reason.
Bottom line; no woman has to be a mother -- or have more kids if she's already a mother -- unless she WANTS to. Don't like it? Too bleeping bad.
Motherhood is a state of being, or simply what one is. Motherhood is not an option, motherhood is a state of being. Now, if the 'to be' of a thing could be conceived apart from that which exists, it should be represented in our mind by some note distinct from the concept of the thing itself .... In point of fact, it is not so. There is nothing we can add to a concept in order to make it represent the object as existing; what happens if we add anything to it is that it represents something else.

Again, motherhood IS an option, which any woman can REJECT if she decides she wants nothing to do with it.

Motherhood is only a "state of being" if a woman WANTS to be pregnant and a mother. Many women DON'T want to be mothers, and there's nothing YOU can do about it. The childFREE choice is just as valid and responsible as the choice to be a mother.

Not YOUR pregnancy? Not your decision either.

Republicans will never learn. If you want to reduce big govt then quit the hypocrisy and quit standing between women and their doctors! If you want mandatory ultrasounds YOU pay for it and leave taxpayers, doctors, clinics, hospitals, and patients out of it. This is a huge reason republicans lose more than they win elections.
Govt has no place in this matter until the fetus reaches viability.......depending on the circumstances, the doctor and woman should be able to decide if continuing the pregnancy would endanger the woman. Up until the first trimester, it's no ones business!
Your crass ageist hatemongering is vulgar and obtuse. Crimes against humanity are every ones business no matter how young the victims are.

Excuse me, but I would prefer it be that way, however, it no longer is. According to a recent edict out of Health and Human Services, every man, woman, and child MUST contribute financially to the woman who wishes to not become a mother. Every man, woman, and child must put out a MINIMUM of $1 per MONTH with their mandatory health insurance premiums. This contribution is taken by the insurance company and stored in a special account specifically for the woman who does not want to be a mother.

If any man, woman, and child wishes to refuse this coercion, then they will be penalized on their tax forms for not complying. It will require of them to drop their health insurance policies....because no insurance company is exempt from having special accounts. In dropping, they would probably go bankrupt and die sooner than they normally would have. In effect, they need to martyr themselves.

People who wish to live a moral life and not partake in any murderous activity....CAN NO LONGER DO SO in this country!

WE have lost the freedom to act morally if we so choose!

YET, the woman who wishes to deny another their life, can do so
legally, get money for doing so, and not receive any penalty.

What is wrong with this picture? It is not the America we used to know!

Why is murder rewarded and acting morally so wrong now?

It is because the WOMAN wants everyone else to be in on her business between the doctor and herself. She feels guilty and wants everyone else to be in the same hole she is in.

I read a news blog in the NY Times written by an in vitro user. She in vitro'ed twins and during check-ups it was discovered that the boy twin was malformed (probably as a result of the in vitro.) So she decided to electrocute the boy.....at great risk to the daughter! This was at 23 weeks along! The state of Washington allowed her to do this at 23 weeks, but not 24 weeks. This lady was writing way over to NEW York for maximum coverage of readerships, to tell her story. Oh, how SHE had the opportunity to HELP her in vitro'ed boy not suffer all because of the wonderful laws in their state!
Every place should be so great.

Every human goes through deaths door at one time or another. When this boy went through, he was welcomed by God! When his ----yes, she was his MOTHER---goes through, what is God going to say to her when he shows her the little boy twin that she
'manufactured', didn't like how it was turning out, so she threw him away like an empty gum wrapper.
AND also, when this woman sees all the other little babies that were in the dish, but didn't get picked to grow in her (oh most precious ---selective) womb!

Where is this woman's mind? How sick is she?
AND yet, to want to force HER sickness onto everyone else in the world, too!

Keep it to yourself, lady. Keep it between YOU and your sick doctor! Leave me out of it, P_L_E_A_S_E!

In other words, you're pissed off that a woman can cheerfully REJECT motherhood with no penalties whatsoever by using either contraception to prevent unwanted pregnancy or abortion to terminate an unwanted pregnancy. Too bad.

As I've said before, motherhood is OPTIONAL, not required, even if a pregnancy happens. Unfortunately, some extremist Republican politicians in some states -- Ohio, North Carolina, Texas, and others -- have got it into their tiny little minds that they have the "right" to interfere with women's sexual and reproductive decisions. Until the citizens of those states vote those Republican extremists OUT of office, more women will lose their reproductive rights.

Motherhood is not an option, motherhood is a state of being. The State of Being is not a state of ‘having been’ or ‘will become.’ Atman, the Self, the Soul, is not a ‘has been’ or ‘want-to-be’. Your Real Self is not what you think you were in the past, or want to be in the future—nor is it what you think you are now. You are simply what you are. That is the pure state of ‘is-ness’, the pure State of Being.
We imagine ourselves to be something we are not, but we are always who we really are, and not who we have imagined ourselves to be. The thinking mind is not the Self.

It goes both ways keep govt. out of our lives.
I wonder how many of the people who voted for the current administration are sorry now! Corruption runs rampant, and obamacare is truly a scam on the American people. Not to mention the whole Benghazi coverup and who knows how many other cover ups. I'm afraid he's fallen from his undeserved pedestal. He's also in favor of letting babies born alive in failed abortion attempts be left to die, no medical intervention. That's just wrong, immoral on every level.

No, moron, motherhood IS an option, and women can REJECT it if they decide they DON'T want any part of it.

What makes mostly-male, anti-choice conservative extremists so angry is that women CAN decide not to become mothers, but choose to be career women instead. No doubt these guys see career women as a threat to THEIR jobs, especially women can also become career politicians...like Senators, Congresswomen, and even Governors.

So, in an all-out REGRESSIVE campaign to "send the women back home," or something equally stupid, the Republican politicians in states like Ohio, Texas, Wisconsin, and North Carolina have launched a new battle in the War on Women.

Since Republicans have shown themselves to be against women's rights, the best move for women is to kick Republicans out of their comfortable offices by voting DEMOCRAT in all of their state elections, for all their government offices, especially those of Governor, Senator, and Congressperson.

Motherhood is not an option, motherhood is a state of being.
None of your misandrist hysterics alter that fact.
Material objects are persisting three-dimensional individuals wholly present at every moment of their existence, this conception of an individual as always present
We imagine ourselves to be something we are not, but we are always who we really are, and not who we have imagined ourselves to be.

A central proposition of existentialism is that existence precedes essence, which means that the most important consideration for the individual is the fact that he or she is an individual—an independently acting and responsible conscious being ("existence")—rather than what labels, roles, stereotypes, definitions, or other preconceived categories the individual fits ("essence"). The actual life of the individual is what constitutes what could be called his or her "true essence" instead of there being an arbitrarily attributed essence used by others to define him or her. Thus, human beings, through their own consciousness, create their own values and determine a meaning to their life. It is often claimed in this context that a person defines himself or herself, which is often perceived as stating that they can wish to be something—anything, a bird, for instance—and then be it. According to most existentialist philosophers, however, this would constitute an inauthentic existence. The notion of the Absurd contains the idea that there is no meaning to be found in the world beyond what meaning we give to it. This meaninglessness also encompasses the amorality or "unfairness" of the world. Because of the world's absurdity, at any point in time, anything can happen to anyone, and a tragic event could plummet someone into direct confrontation with the Absurd.

Wake up! Planned Parenthood founder Sanger, loved eugenics, believing that it sought to "assist the race toward the elimination of the unfit." Sanger was a proponent of negative eugenics, which aims to improve human hereditary traits through social intervention by reducing reproduction by those considered unfit. How could anyone in their right mind support this garbage?
