This will be easy
What gays have in Wisconsin is NOT similar to marriage because Wisconsin gay couples can NOT get Federal marriage benefits worth $467,562.00; whereas Wisconsin hedro married couples CAN
So Wisconsin's 'constitution' is unconstitutional

The fact is that our opponents want us to have no rights at all. Romer is controlling in this case: If the constitutional amendment is actually so broad that same-sex couples are precluded from petitioning their government, then the entire constitutional amendment is invalid.
If the court concludes that the amendment is as broad as its opponents claim, they will ahve no choice but to strike the amendment. As much as I'd like to see that happen, the court will follow the logic of the lower court and preserve both the law and the constitutional amendment.
Sometimes, you wonder what the homophobes are smoking when they file these suits.
