"local success"?

OK, math is hard.

Ironic, claiming success in math -- with bad math.

15 (!) students in the 80th percentile. let's assume that means all 15 got an 80 or better (crack reporting doesn't say) So far, so good.

21 at Monument, with 57% efficiency. Meh. So 12 of 21 passed.

55 (which last I knew is a lot more than 15 + 21) were 27% efficient. So 15 of 55 passed. Abysmal.

Total of 91 students. 42 passed. A 54%*failure* rate.

Local success!

Math is hard.
