Isn't it a crime for Vermont Secretary of State, Jim condos, to
intentionally conceal the results of the Primary Election
and refuse to reveal who won the Progressive Party
Primary Election for United States Senator?
How many federal laws is Vermont Secretary of State,
Jim Condos, in violation of?
We know they are re-counting the Progressive Party
primary race for Governor, but what about the Progressive
Party primary write-in vote for United States Senator?
All of the votes were write-in votes,
and all of the voters are being disenfranchised
as long as Jim Condos conceals the results.
Jim Condos claims he won the primary for the
Progressive Party for Secretary of State,
but he refuses to release all of the names of
persons who received votes,
and if someone came in 2nd within 2% of his
supposed vote count, then that person would
have a right to ask for a re-count - so by
refusing to release the name of who came in
second for the office of Secretary of State
for the Progressive primary, Jim Condos
is fraudulently concealing material facts.
Amazingly enough, Vermont Secretary of State,
Jim Condos, claims he won the primary election
for all major parties for Secretary of State
and will appear on the ballot for all of them.
Cris Ericson is on the Nov. 6, 2012 election ballot in
Vermont for Governor,
and for U.S. Senator,
representing the United States Marijuana Party in Vermont.

Cris Ericson came in 3rd for Governor and for U.S. Senate in 2010,
and then the vote count was tampered with,
so from the "unofficial" results calculated by the
Vermont Secretary of State's office,
to the "official" results released to the news media,
Cris Ericson's votes for Governor and for U.S. Senate
(she was on the ballot for bothin 2010 and is also
on the ballot for both 2012)
were cut in half.
"Governor" Peter Shumlin of Vermont,
a Democrat, allegedly is a "fraud", and after
having allegedly rigged the vote count, he allegedly paid
off the Vermont Secretary of State, Deborah Markowitz,
who allegedly changed the actual vote count,
by giving her a high paid appointed position.
Once the unofficial results were tabulated,
it was clear that no candidate
had received a majority of the vote.
Under Vermont law, when that happens,
the full state legislative body
must vote on a ballot with the names
of the three candidates who
received the most votes.
By changing the vote count, instead
of Cris Ericson's
name being on that ballot,
Dennis Steele's name was listed.
Unless the stolen votes are recovered
by finding out who may have
hacked into the system, who may
have been paid off, and who may
be guilty of alleged voter fraud,
it is not appropriate or legally correct
allegedly, for Peter Shumlin to
act as Governor of Vermont.

Is the State of Vermont the most corrupt state in the
United States of America?
If you are tired of a socialist-totalitarian agenda in Vermont
that keeps disabled people and senior citizens from going
back to work if they want to because prescription painkillers
are criminalized in Vermont while simultaneously
medical marijuana is legal, and Bernie Sanders
(who Cris Ericson is running against for U.S. Senate 2012)
stays in federal office with Vermonters begging every winter
for more fuel assistance, if you are tired of the rat wheel
that keeps people down and drowning instead of helping them
get up, vote for Cris Ericson for United States Senator
or for Governor, she's on the ballot for both! http://usmjp.com
