It depends on the crime and the execs' involvement.

Great work, Vermonters! We need a constitutional amendment to permanently remedy the damage done by the Supreme Court. Do as the people of Vermont and sign up as an organizer to introduce and pass resolutions in your town by following this link: http://action.citizen.org/p/dia/action/public... . Let's fight back corporate power together!

just wondering:

Since corporations are 'persons' do they count in apportionment of representation in the house?

Are corporations citizens?

Can corporations vote, and if so must they be 18 years old?

Corporations are NOT people and should NOT be allowed to use their MASSIVE amounts of MONEY to influence the people who are SUPPOSED to be representing us in Congress.

Corporate money buys political influence that causes Congress to be sympathetic, not to ordinary folks, but to their Corporate Sponsors.

Because ordinary folks cannot compete against corporate monies, our political influence becomes MEANINGLESS.(and we wonder why our government isn't listening to the people?)

Since no damage was done, there is no such need. The Freedom of Speech benefits the listeners more than the speakers.
