Wrong. The author's point was as I stated. That religious objections have no place in this debate, or our laws. Period.
I don't support abortion. You are lying.
What? You posted a while back that you would have an abortion if you found out you were pregnant. That IS supporting abortion .

No, really?"
No one said anything about the word "being". We're talking about a whole phrase, human being, which is a philosophical/religious concept.
"so you don't agree that 100 percent means absolute, total and uniquivocal?"
Of course not. And I absolutely, unequivocally, totally agree with the author's premise that religion has no place in the debate, or our laws.
"Come on bitner, your lies are getting worse and worse but easier and easier to spot"
I haven't lied. You have, though.
The debate about WHAT? Abortion? Yeah that is what the article was about, need I say more?

She supports it, plain and simple. It is hard though to admit that you support something as horrendouz as killing an unborn child, but bitner will twist and twist until she thinks it is somehting other than what it is. I am just trying to help her untwist it and join us in reality. I am ever the optimist!

Yes, I said that if, as nearly impossible as it would be for me to even GET pregnant now, IF I got pregnant at my age (nearly 49), and considering the health risks it would pose to me, that I'd have an abortion.

That is not support of abortion.

Go pound sand.

No, the debate about a woman's rights. THAT is what I support, her rights.

No, you're just a liar. You're just not honest enough to admit that you like, like the liar you responded to. At least SHE was that honest.

I do not support abortion. I support a woman's right to make her own choice. Period.

Of course I'm not still considering it, because it would be the nearest thing to impossible for me to even GET pregnant. My statement was originally directed to someone who claimed that I'd said I'd never have an abortion. Which I had not said. And which was also probably a year ago, when there was still a SMALL possiblity of me even getting pregnant.

But, nice of you to ignore me saying it would be nearly impossible in the first place, and the fact that it would likely damage my health to get pregnant and try to deliver.

The fact is that I do not support abortion. I support a woman's RIGHT to make her own choice. Period.

How arrogant and clueless a nation we are. We argue amongst ourselves about abortion while at the same instant we bomb innocent women and children in other countries in the name democracy. How sick is that?

That was a good article. The issue with Jehovah's Witnesses and blood transfusions is on point. When you let a group's religious views dictate laws, you open the door for many beliefs being imposed on you, whether you agree with them or not.

I read what you said, and you said you would consider an abortion in the event you got pregnant, doesn't matter when you said it, or if it was a possibility now or not. What matters is that you said you would get one. That very clearly shows your support for abortion, though there are many other examples of your suport despite your efforts to hide it. The thing is the only one your trying to convince is yourself it seems.
