Virginia should ban straight and bisexual candidates for all the same reasons
.
Only sexless candidates are qualified for the job
.
Everybody drop your drawers and let homopohobic delegate Robert G. Marshall(R) check to see if you have no ding-a-ling

Thankfully we still have some sense left in government. Why would you appoint someone to a judgeship that is already breaking a state law? I applaud the decision and hope that more people stand up for not having this kind of personal choice rammed down our throats by those who want to flaunt themselves and their choices by putting themselves in the position to govern us all.

Flaunting it!? You mean like wearing a wedding ring, putting a picture of your spouse on your desk, adopting "Mrs" and changing one's last name, or even (horrors!) responding to a co-worker who asked what you did over the weekend.

I will say, though, I wish politicians would stop trotting out their wife and kids for photos.

Republicans only like judges that rule in their favor all the time otherwise they are "activist judges." They expect all judges to be straight, self-righteous, white, Christian, rich, conservative Republican males. Republicans are perfect, angelic, holier than thou, loved and blessed more by the Lord, and are always right and never, ever wrong. I'm sure you see the sarcasm in my statement. Republicans have the right to be the judge, jury, prosecutor, and executioner of everyone who is different than them.

Same-sex marriage may be illegal but being gay, gay sex with a consenting adult, and being in a relationship with the same sex is not illegal in the United States so what the hell are you talking about? Not agreeing with laws or wanting to change them doesn't mean that a judge would break the laws or change them himself.

Many state laws on the books are illegal, over ruled and unenforcible.

Like the law you're thinking of...although you don't know if this judicial nominee actually engages in oral or anal sex or not.

No more than you know if any of the str8 identified judges do.

You're a sick, backwoods cretin is all.

Sodomy laws need to be taken off every book if they are unenforceable.
