According to Lawrence Taylor's Dui Central Blog, Tracy Decker of Va was sentenced to 7 years in prison for his 25th dui arrest in May 2012. He was arrested after arguing with a toll booth attendant. Bac .28, open containers in car and 2 4year olds in back seat without seatbelts.

Anyone with a name like Philogene should be applauded and afforded some slack on this.

The judicial system in this country stinks. It's run like a fast food restaurant. Very little time served and a "yah come back now yuh hear". Of course the reason is that the wealthy get arrested and let go with a slap on the wrist for DUI and if they started giving repeat offenders serious time then the lawyers, Hollywood types, musicians, politicians, etc. would have to do more time than a couple of hours.

Our failed justice system has confused itself with the Dept of Game and Inland Fisheries. Catch and Release has no place in our courts

thats 6 chances the law has given him to kill someone. He needs some jail time with this arrest, maybe he will learn a lesson.

Kinda funny how taking away his license didn't stop him from driving...of course I'm equating this same logic to the gun control issue...

Those who break the laws have no RESPECT for the laws, so how is making more laws going to stop lawbreakers? O_o

hopefully when the gov lowers bac from .08 to .05 there will be no more dui's. I bet philogene would not have been driving if the limit were .05.

Right? You can go to work with a hangover and probably blow .05.Why not bring back Prohibition. Moonshine boys would love that.
