It is time to snip it in the bud! Rid our streets of this immature and outwardly unnecessary lewd public display. Hang them in your microwave if you really enjoy looking at them.
In the past, we didn't need a "law" to ban them, but that was when people had some sense of civility. Today, however, we have to criminialize behavior that should simply be commonly unacceptable.
Those who swing these from their bumper are only showing the world who really has and ought to be called
"numb nuts"!
