The republicunts spent years stacking courts with unelected judges who rule based on politics instead of law, and now the republicunts are bitching because Obama mentioned it?

In Pennsylvania, Judge John Jones called a lawsuit "breathtaking inanity" for its feeble attempts to promote creationism in schools. The republicunts even whined about it despite the fact that Jones is openly christian and republican - appointed by George Bu**sh**. A rightwing judge chose to obey the US constitution and law instead of promoting religion and politics, and the republicunts bitched about it, both then and now.

You have completely missed the point. Obama has laid down a challenge to the Court's authority to up-end any laws duly enacted by the Congress. That is a complete anathema to the Court's purpose to, in fact, determine consititutionality of duly enacted laws. He went so far as to say it would be "unprecedented" which, for a "Constitutional Law Professor" to say, means he produced a lot of Constitutional illiterate lawyers.

Someone wrote about the statement the boy who would be king made regarding the Supreme Court: "I have tried very hard to have even a modicum of respect for the office of the presidency, but today he (Obama) proved himself to be an idiot."

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Virgo

Keep a pinch of salt handy today because not everything you hear will be the gospel truth. Someone might have manipulated the facts to make them sound more acceptable, or they may have got carried away and forgotten to tell you something rather vital. Try to keep misunderstandings to a minimum by being as straightforward and honest as possible, and by not simply assuming that people know what you're talking about and therefore not bothering to explain properly.
