Is anyone else sick of Toyshare telling their members that they get new equipment every two years. They are rebuilding their crappy equipment and hiding some of it in Vegas their new facility. Sorry for the suckers in Vegas who are buying into their used equipment that constantly breaks down. Maybe they need to stop being so cheap and supply what they sell, the program is not worth a dime and everyone is leaving it seems.

Are there any satisfied ToyShare members? If you're not satisfied, are you interested in doing something about it? 400 dissatisfied members can have a considerable impact on a company's direction.

Toyshare will either re-org or file a BK They are way too top heavy with greedy corporate officers taking way too big of a salary. They have in house counsel.. Why ? At least 4 individuals are being paid 10 K per month. They need to cut salries and bring quality people in. The COO has been run out of more than his share of companies and has left those companies in serious trouble not to mention allegations of embezzlement, The CEO is smarter than you and will tell you as much. Poor business decision after poor business decision has left this company in serious trouble. Get out if you can

This new conversion BS is really about all I can take! I have been in since the start and every time I drop in there are a bunch of bodies hanging around the office doing nothing, to blame the members for the current financial problems is really a load of crap and changing the "rules" every time you turn around is not going to help matters.

As members of Toyshare can we get a copy of their current financial statements? I'm not giving them one more penny until I can really see how the company is doing.

They will not give you their finacials so they can save themself the humiliation. The stock is worthless,The new program is BS and the equipment is on its last legs. Someone should call Ghephart and see how the Brilliant Mr Cohen responds

I have been a Toyshare member for almost 2 years. I do like the concept. We have had few minor problems, but overall we have used their boats 5 times, RV 4 times and snowmobiles 2-3 times. I think they have the same growing pains as most start up companies, but overall I am happy. I think that the next 2 years will be the critical years for that company.

I have been a member for a couple of years now, and I really enjoy it. I agree with Gary in that it's a really good concept & they're just experiencing growing pains. We took out a boat last year that broke down, and they were more than willing to come exchange us for another boat they had available. Everyone there has been more than helpful and very polite. I think it's more a problem with some of their members exploiting the company, and destroying the machines they use. It must be hard keeping up on all of the repairs, services, and costs, I'm just glad it's part of my membership fees and I don't have to deal with that headache! I would recommend the company to anyone!!

I have not meet any Toyshare members that have a good word to say (including myself). Toyshare has built a monster they can't feed. It is nothing more than a pyramid scheme. The first ones in had good service and availability. The last ones have had nothing but a scam. There is no way to service 500 members with the same amount of equipment you used to service 250. Plus if they cant sell more memberships this month they cant pay the bills next month. Too much overhead, Timeshare tactics, high pressure sales and very poor customer service. Toyshare is a good example of how NOT to run a business.Great concept with very, very poor managment in place. Of course this is just my opinion, I might be wrong.
