Never buy a Tuscany home. My neighbors and I did and we all found out they have no idea how to treat customers or complete a quality home.

Tuscany Homes did a great job on our home and we love it. They are very willing to make everything perfect.

I am building with Tuscany Homes and I am very impressed with the customer service that I have received. The house is going to be beautiful and I would recommend Tuscany Homes to my friends and family.

My wife and I found out that the home building process is very stressful and difficult, but Tuscany Homes made it smooth sailing. We knew there was going to be ups and downs through the construction process but Tuscany always assured us that we would have a beautiful home and WE DID!!! WE LOVE OUR NEW HOME AND WE LOVE TUSCANY!

Really? I bet I could find a few things wrong with the home, such as misaligned corners, imperfect laying of caulk, paint thickness applied unevenly, uneven spacing between nails, etc, etc, etc.

Many people in Saratoga Springs have had problems with Tuscany. Their customer service is horrible and they don't follow through with their subs. If you have a choice, find someone else to build your home.

The positive comments on this post are scams. Debbie Hooge has no idea how to run a home builder. We've had so many problems with Tuscany it's sick. The project managment is horrible. Forget about warranty work, there people do nothing but hand out excuse after excuse. If Tuscany folds and Debbie Hooge starts another company, DO NOT purchase a home from this company. You will get burned!

It is sad to see such unwarranted vitrolic comments on a site like this. Tuscany under Hooge has never built in LEhi so what can he really know about the site or the quality of the homes. Making the comments so childish and without merit makes one wonder more about the individual making the post than the person they choose to attack.

I don't know what most of you guys are complaining about. I've bought several homes with Tuscany. I was treated with great respect and they were willing to help me out with my concerns and warranty problems. I was treated more fairly with Tuscany Homes then I was with other big builders in the area.

All builders have their issues, and people shouldn't slander other companies like this. People need to take responsibility for their own actions and quit pointing fingers at everyone.

I'm pleased with my Tuscany Home and was able to make quite the profit off of it when I sold it for the other Tuscany Home.

Are you serious? This has never happened to me. Try working with other builders in the area. I had worse experience with them. Least Tuscany was out to get things done for me right away. My project manager was fantastic. maybe they changed out their employees.

Customer service sucks everywhere, Tuscany's was much better then in the past when I purchased from them. They've really improved this area as I have built several homes with this company. I've built out of state, its always hard building out of state. I had more problems building with a custom builder then with Tuscany. My experience was pleasant!

I just closed on my Tuscany home a month ago. I was dis-heartened to see such negative comments written by some folks on here. My home is great, yes there was some slight touch ups that had to be done, but believe me, my home by Tuscany is just as good, if not better then any home by Ivory, Homes Holmes, it rivals their best.

These are not million dollar "Parade of Homes", they are production homes, and they are great! Our friend who built a parade of homes home, has more problem with their warranty and customer service then I with Tuscany.

Keep up the great work Tuscany!

We purchased a tuscany home and we LOVE it. The funny thing is, all the people that complain are home owener's that CAN NOT step up and become a "HOME OWNER". What they need to do is step up and take RESPONSIBILITY for their home, its basic pride and owner ship.

I completely agree! We had so many problems with the people at Tuscany. I couldn't believe how little they cared about the people whos homes they were building. I had to do all the work to get things started on the house but Tonna (Tuscany rep) got her commission just the same. Debbie doesn't care at all about the customer so I found that no one below her cared.
Thanks

SAD, whether I put Lehi or SLC or some other city doesn't matter. These comments do have MERIT. Maybe you have low expectations. I do own a Tuscany and have owned 3 other homes in the past 9 years. Tuscany's people are not empowered to take care of problems. They cut corners everywhere they can. Even their subs laugh at them. I guarantee if you walk around my neihborhood and talk to Tuscany home owners, more than half would be completely discusted with their service. It's just a fact.

I bought a home from Tuscany and guess what I got from them as a "Welcome Home Present": A LIEN ON MY HOME! And I know I am not the only New Homeowner that had to deal with a Lien.
Also, I closed more than 6 months ago and I am still waiting for my walk thru items to be completed. Finally, don't believe any of the "positive" comments said on this page, it's all from past or present Tuscany employees (Trust me...I speak from experience)
