He already got a free education and I'm sure he got a break on his university education. He wants to graduate so he can look for a job here to compete with American workers. American taxpayers are suppose to be sympathetic, when our own children are getting displaced in their own country ? Go back to your own country and use your free education to help your fellow countryman.

It's national suicide when you spend 100's of thousands of dollars educating a person only to tell them to go back to their Country of which they hardly even know!

I agree. They and their foreign criminal parents should have been booted out on their asses long ago.

However, it's still not too late. Since the parents are lifelong criminals, confiscated all they possess and use the proceeds to pay back the tax money this criminal spawn stole from the taxpayers.

Perhaps. However, if we enforce our laws and ship them all back to their Country of origin pronto, we will not have to spend any further monies on educating people that don't belong here. Problem solved.

"But people such as Michael Clara, chairman of the Utah Republican Hispanic Assembly, sees most of the undocumented residents as working within the existing framework ó not intending to destroy another personís identity but instead simply trying to work and provide for their families."

Reply: American citizens have been so undervalued in the illegal immigration debate. Illegal aliens don't INTEND to destroy another person's identity, they are just trying to work and provide for THEIR families. SICK!

The American tax payer is merely looked upon as a means for supporting this crap, nevermind that it takes almost a life time to restore your identity, just that these people only want to support their families.

TO: Rico ELA "It's national suicide when you spend 100's of thousands of dollars educating a person only to tell them to go back to their Country of which they hardly even know!"

Reply: Rico, the, "...to their country of which they hardly ever know (sic)!" story no longer has merit. The same could be said for the parents who brought them here! Afterall, their parents came here, uneducated, to a place they didn't know, and have so far managed to live here for decades without assimilating nor speaking English, yet take advantage of ALL our social services.

That said, they will be fine in their new country, just do like mom and dad!

Reply: Luca, why is it that hispanics, particularly Mexicans, no matter how long they have mooched off of this country, always NEED and interpreter. They are still having their anchors escort them to stores in order to interpret. Uneducated? I believe that a lot of the Mexican underclass that illegally migrated can't even read in their native language, much less English. As far as mooching off of our social, educational, and medical services, don't get me started...just look at bankrupt Callie. What rock have you been hiding under?
Why are you calling me a bigot?

They call anyone a bigot or a racist that advocates for pro enforcement of our immigration laws. Because we have a wide open society that allows foreign nationals to come here and insult its citizens. I bet as Americans would we never be allowed to do this in their home countries. Welcome to the new America where the new instant "citizens" (thanks to our government) and illegal aliens can now openly insult us , get social security, get access to government programs, etc etc etc.

. I apologize, you are not a bigot, you really are an ignorant or a person with a lot of hate for brown people. 50% of immigrants of first generation in the United States speak perfect english according to the 9ensus Bureau. This is 96% for second generation. There is always a minority which needs help, but they are usually people with less than 5 years in the country. Besides this family is from Peru. We, people from south america usually are better educated than other hispanics.

Just go home - that way you don't have to worry about being denied here.
Go home for your denial.
Certainly in your home country, you would have only made it to 6th grade (that's the cut off date for free education, apparently).
Here, you graduated (no charge)- that oughta be worth something where you come from.

. What are you talking about? That is not racism, that is a fact. About 25% of the mexican immigrants have some kind of college degree. That number is about 60% for south americans. And the reason is very easy to understand. The people coming from Mexico usually come from small towns and the number which cross the border is high. The people coming from south america come usually from big cities and by plane, with a tourist or student visa.

Reply: Great! I will inform American education systems to stop all of the ESL/ELL classes that are bankrupting our educational system. As a matter of fact, since hispanics love America and are here to help, why don't they trot themselves over to the local library or gather in their communties and teach each other English so that they are no longer a burden on our system. Oops! Requires too much initiative from a group that tucks tail and runs from its country of origin instead of fighting to create the life they say they want. It's so much easier to come to America and steal than to change things where they are. I finally got it!

Don't let that maggot sucker you in. He is trying to equate LEGAL IMMIGRANTS with his fellow foreign criminal invaders. By doing so, he gets to use the statistics for those law-abiding individuals who have come here legally rather than the statistics for himself and his fellow criminal scum.
