Utah agency seeks to drug test all members of welfare households
The state Department of Workforce Services has proposed a rule change that could penalize all household members of welfare recipients who refuse to take drug tests or get drug treatment if they test positive.

So children are to be violated because their parents are poor. This could only take place in a state run by members of a cult founded by a convicted criminal!What happened to the bill of rights or doesn't it apply to mormons?
