Heck if I had my choice I bite the bullet and let it be do the math what is cheaper a hand full of bullets or the drugs they inject into you also electricy isn't that much of a bargin now days rope seems to be OK and still works for 7 year old children ask the Taliban boys just last week and that was for spying not murder.

Death by firing squad is far more humane than hanging or electric chair. This man has chosen his way to die. I feel he should be given his wish instead of dragging out his impending death in the news and what no making his punishment inhumane!

heard an interview with the brother of the condemed on howard stern show this morning.the reason for the choice of firing squad is that the murder he is on death row for was done with a gun. and his words were eye for an eye.

The brother has a point: "eye for an eye". The condemned took a life and he will pay with his own life. Still think about it: bullet vs hanging. Maybe I'e watched too many documentarys but death by hanging involves a lot before a victim's heart actually stops beating and electric chair, to me, is the most inhumane of them all.

He killed someone...he shouldn't have a choice in his method of execution.
To be honest Im good with just setting him on fire while being tied to a post. Murders, Rapists and child molestors should all be put down without a second thought.
People worry too much at the criminals rights, what about the victims right?

Hehe. Partially agreed. On the subject of Rights...well, what about the illegal alien's rights?:) The U.S. is actually being forced into a Reform! We are being told what to do, how to do and when to do it in Our Country! As for the right to pick a method of execution my heart goes out to the fool who spent his/her time on crime rather than being a productive citizen. What a waste. Sorry

Im not interested in illegals rights (sorry dont care where you are from), however certain rights are afforded to them per our constitution. Until the people of this country pull their heads out of the sand and realize that we are going down the wrong path we will continue to go down hill. Our founding fathers would be rolling in the graves if they saw what is going on right now with half of the laws and other BS legislation being put into place...hell even the federal reserve is against the constitution if you want to get technical.

Perhaps it would help if the rights were shown to those of who are not aware of them. What page, which constitutional written right? Etc. Just to name a few they have a right to Due Process and Habeus
Corpus, the 1st 5th and 14th amendments. Event he Supreme Court has stated the following:

“The fourteenth amendment to the constitution is not confined to the protection of
citizens. It says:'Nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property
without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the
equal protection of the law.' These provisions are universal in their application to
all persons within the territorial jurisdiction, without regard to any differences of
race, of color, or nationality; and the equal protection of the laws is a pledge of
the protection of equal laws.' Applying this reasoning to the fifth and sixth
amendments, it must be concluded that all persons within the territory of the
United States are entitled to the protection guarantied by those amendments,
and that even aliens shall not be held to answer for a capital or other infamous
crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, nor be deprived of
life, liberty, or property without due process of law.“

So yes illegals still have rights, not the same amount as those of us who are natural born Americans or Naturalized Americans...but they have them.

I find it curious that Somebody from Saudi Arabia utilizes this forum to condemn another's writing skills. Proof-reading corrections coming from someone in a country that embraces child marrying, has no regard for innocent human life, has an abundance of poverty (except for the ones made rich by their oil). You should go wash your Camel and leave the justice decisions to the American people.

Don't execute that man in the orange one piece suit because you are not GOD to take LIFE, he was not GOD either to have killed but he is just a man, so I suggest you keep him in jail until GOD decides to do him away.
