Lack of financial oversight in Utah???!!! Say it isn't so!
That education can get away with fiduciary murder without risk of consequence, why can't the Department of Health? Isn't that why the Utah legislature gave schools/district/the USOE (who former Gov. Huntsmans staff said in a voicemail WASN'T the state's education office) governmental immunity? |
