Does this really surprise anyone? We know Perry's views. The interesting part will be if Reynolds suddenly develops a specific opinion on Evolution. She didged the question because of her involvement with Comer's firing, but now she's in a position to make her real beliefs known and, like MacGuire of South Carolina, attempt to make them policy.

No, not surprised at all. Thank goodness neither Perry or Santorum received the nomination...I cannot even imagine what the state of science education would be with either of them in the White House.

You and me both! I have a friend from PA, and he looks at Santorum as an embarressment! My Mother-in-law in Texas feels about the same for Perry, and she's a Republican.

LOL! They can join Louisianna and their LSEA -- although I don't think any school district has had the balls to act on the LSEA, but I bet it's coming!

Perry opens his pie-hole once again:

“Satan runs across the world with his doubt and with his untruths and what have you and one of the untruths out there that is driven is that people of faith should not be involved in the public arena,”

Dipshit might have noticed that almost ALL elected officials claim to be people of faith.

Since when do facts get in the way of Perry pandering to the religious right to keep his job?
