if the tea-party doesn't twist & spin the story to say it was democrats in the audience -- that will be a shocker.

No one in this nation will die from not getting treatment. No ER or clinic will turn away or refuse service to anyone. I do have to say as a conservative I am ashamed of the cheers of "yeah" when asked if they should die. That is pure evil in my thoughts.

People in this nation die everyday from lack of treatment. People that have wiped out their savings and filed bankruptcy due to the high cost of medical expenses have to decide whether to eat food or take medication - every day.

We have evolved as a society since the barbaric peroid...life may not be fair, but we as civilized homosapeins should strive as best we can to make it fair for everyone...else all the progression we made is for nought...

Yes and everyone without a single exception can go to any ER or hospital and get medical care. Now if you cant afford it that is not my or anyone else but your problem. But care will never be refused....THAT IS LAW...

There are 44,000 on Medicaid in Kentucky, none are refused treatment or prescriptions. Obama doesn't want to pay the Doctors and Obamacare will drive them out of business. Instead of food lines, it will be medical lines.

This isn't about me, its about people in less fortunate situations and for the most part can't be helped. It is my duty as a cilvilized decent person, society's as a whole to have compassion on said persons and help them as much as possible. Tom, you clearly missed the evolution boat.

I hope you prove that and take your check book out. It's easy to be generous with someone else's money. I pay over $9,000 a year for my family's insurance, I hope you do the same.

How come most liberals don't feel this same compassion for those unborn babies that are murdered every day as they do those with no healthcare insurance.

I have had to watch family members suffer for months when they wanted to be left to die but the drs. and facilities kept them alive to steal their dignity and the money from the goverment. I've told everyone to let me die when I get to where I can't wipe my own ass. What use would I be, except to the big pamper people? Unless something has changed, no one is going to live forever. Foolish goverment intervention. I'm a 50something embryo, abort me please!!

Many of those so called compassionate "conservatives" are pure evil. You must be one of the few that isn't. I congratulate you for that. The ER will only fix someone enough to go home but they'll never fix the problem completely or help someone get rid of cancer or transplant an organ. I think the Tea Party is greedy, hateful, homophobic, heterosexist, bigoted, racists, sexist, and for corporations, the super rich, and ultra religious. If people were starving to death the Tea Party would say, "Let'em eat cake!" If I were you I'd distance myself from these type of conservatives. I wouldn't want to be associated with monsters like that. God will punish the wicked and greedy. I believe Jesus would look down upon many politicians for what they are doing to this country but especially the Republicans and the Tea Party.
