Texas attorney general: Same-sex marriage benefits unconstitutional
The Texas attorney general said local governments cannot extend benefits to same-sex couples and unmarried partners on the same day El Pasoans began to vote on a City Charter amendment that includes a nondiscrimination policy on sexual orientation and benefits to domestic partners.

As the big cheese of TEXAS LAW says,
Ya just can't define an illegal act as a "employee benefit" and ride off into the sunset.
There ought to be consequences of the politicians who lead this deceived concept.
As for employee benefits, in this economic depressed region, WHY does the ax payer get the hit paying for Family benefits.?
Pay for the worker ONLY!
IF they want FAMILY coverage, then THEY PAY FOR IT!
