Give the money back to whom it belongs to: the poor and the middle class who were taxed at extremely high rates . Shameful ALEC policies which are an organized crime group funded by the Kochs, Waltons, DeVos family, and the Bradleys. Robber Barons who need to be charged with RICO charges, indicted, then put away for life w/o possibility of parole, and all their assets confiscated.

I'm all for giving the money back to the ones that paid in, but by and large that isn't the poor and middle classes.
Upper middle class and the wealthy pay the lion's share of income taxes. Since they are the ones who paid in the most, they should be the ones that receive back the most.
Fair is fair.
