Does yield to the ramp mean that anyone who comes off the ramp can cross all lanes of traffic and turn into a parking lot? A lot of Texans seem to think that exiting means they have the right of way all the way to the handicapped parking spot.

And this crap about pulling off on the shoulder to allow faster vehicles to pass: why don't they pass when they have a chance the regular way? If you phuques think Texas courtesy is so great, why don't you pass on the right. I'll have as much respect for your safety as you do for mine when I yield.
