When is Texas and New Mexico suing Colorado to recharge the water in the Rio Grande River. The big problem is the 9000 irrigation wells in the san Luis Valley pumping 24-7 The aquifer is about dry and is sucking the Rio Grande River dry and don't blame it on mother nature Call or imail CO Governor to curtail pumping. We no longer have wetlands our meadows are like plowed fields and out stock wells are going dry. WAKE UP TEXAS.
