I showed otherwise.Well Mothballs here is a start in Australia where much of the population lives on the coastal fringes. All of a sudden beach front properties won't be worth as much if anything at all in a decade or so. Why don't you ask all the coastal dwellers in the US if they mind paying higher energy prices if they thought it might save their land value let alone their home.
