Here is another example of Rick Perry's pitiful failure as a governor.

"According to the U.S. Census Bureau, nearly 6.1 million Texans, 23.8 percent of the population, do not have health insurance, the highest percentage of any state."

My, my,isn't Perry the clever one to try to keep people in Texas from being able to get affordable health care.

What happens when he does that is that the uninsured go to emergency rooms and taxpayers wind up paying about 10 times as much as preventive care would have cost.

Rick Perry is an idiot.
