Rick Perry's silence about state police misconduct signals new 'war on women'
On December 20, 2012, Rick Perry and Texas law enforcement authorities were "circling the wagons", hoping to "slow walk" criticism of police actions that occurred during a traffic stop performed by Texas State Troopers back in July of this year.

"A video recording, taken from a dashboard camera during the incident, clearly chronicles, in both sight and sound, the actions of troopers David Ferrell and Kelley Helleson, eventually leading to trooper Helleson placing her fingers into the vagina and anus of both women, with the same latex glove being used by Helleson on the hand that was used to "inspect by feel" the most private areas of each women."

Was an offer of the amount they (The Troopers)were willing to pay involved before hand? That could really mean sumthing. All joking aside. That's not the first time those officers were involved in misconduct and won't be the last if not relieved of duty.
