the district i live in has all kinds of twists and turns to make it go all over the place in order to get a specific number of blacks in it. How is that not discriminatory.

a map specifically distorted to include blacks is no different than a map specifically distorted to exclude them.

The working/voting Hispanics and blacks are upset because they live near illegals and gang bangers who don't vote. Time to move?
