Imagine that! A judge who "reversed" the death penalty for someone who admitted to killing two people brutally. Is everybody afraid to sentence and carry out the death penalty anymore? This is an outrage! The ones of us who try to be good people and don't want to harm others have to suffer at the hands of these evil, non-feeling people. If the death penalty was strictly enforced we would have lots and lots less crime.

Obviously, common sense is not a requirement to sit on the supreme court.

Heck with it. I'm changing my stance on crime. He said he was sorry so let him go. We need to be more forgiving.

This is what happens when you have a court packed with liberal minded "justices." Had the people under the hammer blows been one of the protected class of people (Some politician, judge police officer, or any of justice Holder Barker Wade or Clarks family, or anyone except one of us lowly citizens), death would be on its way. Tennessee is loath to exewcute you unless you kill a cop. They wont execute Tattoo Eddie, who committed one of the most heinous murders in my homwtown, Gatlinburg. No victim gets justice for murder, unless they happen to have a gun and badge.

Early '80s in Gatlinburg, the "Rocky Top Murders" "Tattoo Eddie" Harris shot and stabbed Melissa Suttles Hill a desk clerk at the Rocky Top Motel in Gatlinburg and Troy Valentine the security guard. Harris his sick friend Joe demodica ,a male stripper, and his female impersonator boyfriend and Harris' girlfriend repeatedly stabbed Melissa till they nearly cut off her head and shot her point blank, and the rumor was they drank her blood, all while Valentine was handcuffed to a bed watching, before he was stabbed. He was given the death penalty, but I beleive last year that was tempered because his IQ was too low to execute. Of course it was low, he's a degenerate, who killed two good hearted, Church going, hard working people, neither of whom had an enemy. Anyway thats who Tattoo eddie

Yeah, I have a question: Joe was in a wheelchair the last few years of his life. He'd had a bunch of strokes and half of his body didn't function properly.
My question is, did you get down on your knees to "take care of him"

When the State puts a person to death for crimes committed it's not murder. Your thinking
on this subject is just too thin. Even the Bible allows for society to enforce order-and taxes!
