Two of Obama's professors at Columbia University were Cloward and Piven. They devised a theoretical way to defeat a capitalist system to bring in socialism.Rep. Paul Kanjorski (D.PA) says that the reason the bill is so unpopular is because our legislators failed to "educate" the people on its benefits. No doubt, he is as surprised as anybody else about the contents since he probably didn't read it.
Now that it has passed and the intended consequence (single payer/government controlled) is becoming evident, Obama is feigning surprise.
Unfortunately, there is video showing that he favors this single payer system. I can't imagine why he is surprised.
The only thing that really needs an overhaul is his administration. He is a proponent of a European style socialist government and we are daily watching its collapse in Greece, France and even Ireland.
What seems to work in theory does not always work in reality. Obama has received a very good grounding in socialist principles but does not seem to be aware of the history of their application or the current events that are demonstrating their failure.
The Cloward-Piven strategy is all about destroying a capitalist system by abusing it to the breaking point, thus allowing socialism to be brought in as the "savior of the day".
Obama the usurper is a believer in the Cloward-Piven strategy, as is his staff. They have been attempting to implement it, in part by pushing for more spending, and more entitlements, which once enacted, are difficult to remove as people get used to their entitlements and tend to want to keep them.
