The way I look at it is that if its not the job of the government to take care of poor or unwanted babies then its not the job of the government to regulate women's bodies!!!. And besides, rich ass people don't want to give to or adopt poor or unwanted babies, I think our abortion rights should stand. The omly time we need to ban abortion is when everyone cares about one-other.

I certainly think the Governor should veto that freedom taking bill and besides, the people that are rich don't want to adopt poor kids. They should have no Damn right beeing against abortion!!!. Rich people should have no right what-so-ever to oppose abortion.

Abortion is murder. Thank God Arkansas and North Dakota have the good sense to outlaw it.

Maybe if we, as a country, would stop paying politicians, sports figures, and actors rediculous amounts of money we would have the money to care for the people who really need it. Oh and lets not forget the money that we give to other countries, and the money that we spend on illegals.

Agreed, provided that it would actually BE spent where it needed to be. Human nature being what it is, however, I kind of doubt that. It would probably just end up lining someone ELSE'S pockets.

I agree, our government doesn't really much care about what is good for the country or its citizens, all they care about is getting re-elected. That goes for Repubs and Dems alike.

You're right. Unfortunately, those who want the job shouldn't have it, and those who would do well in it know better than to want it :)

Well in aney event, it ain't going to stop a GD rich person from getting an Abortion!!!. This bill should be annulled because it discriminates, it'll omly stop poor people from getting an Abortion, the people that really need them. The people that want to end Abortion want to end the WIC program ( a nutrition program for poor mothers) I find this appaling and unbelieving!. They say its not the governments job to take care of a poor baby that can't defend itself. Then it's not the job of the government to restrict a woman's body either!. Same principal should apply both ways. The people that are against Abortion mainly stupid conservative people laugh and joke at us little people, they don't want to give us a fair chance at life, don't want to help us welfare people get a job. Don't want to help us in no way, won't let us better ourselves. All they want is put us down and keep us down and they want poor babies starve and do without. If I have to, I will file suit myself to stop this country from rolling back our Abortion rights. I will take this all the way to the Supreme Court if I have to. I don't care if I do go burn in Hell!!!.

"it ain't going to stop a GD rich person from getting an Abortion!!!."

Rich people can get a lot of things that poorer people can not, should we abolish all laws?

The rest of your post is nothing bu whining and sniveling and doesn't deserve a reply.

I agree. "Hope and change" will never happen as long as we keep voting these jerks into office. Just once I would like to be able to vote for the BEST candidate instead of the lesser of two evils.

But wait. Now you can have your fetus jailed for attempted murder for causing an ectopic pregnancy. Murder if you can't get an abortion.
If they are a person can you have them evicted if you no longer want to house them for free? You should since they are now legally people and held to the same standards as others.
Can they be help responsible for personal injury from pregnancy like say, rhoids, stretch marks, morning sickness, prenatal diabetes, and pre eclampsia? Or should those responsible for making fetuses responsible be charged with negligence or gross incompetence in the making of those laws?

Never stopped us here in God's Country Virginia. We only care about what's in a woman's body and can we probe it. Once it's born, it's on it's own. We're a pretty sick society aren't we?

... For the poor women that can't drive for their procedures, a crochet hook from Walmart and a good strong dose of Erhedra tea will do the trick. New laws will only bring back old methods. The nanny women in the projects will be back in business again. The state takes a giant step..........backwards.
Government, which routinely ignores the myriad health and safety and criminal violations of abortuaries, is the new back alley:

... Ever since Roe v Wade, proponents of a woman's "right to choose" have warned us against going back to the bad old days of rusty coat hangers and unsterilized instruments from money-grubbing butchers on the wrong side of town. Now, happily, the back alley is on the main drag, and with a state permit framed on the wall. In Philadelphia [ http://www.phila.gov/districtattorney/PDFs/Gr... ]:

"Furniture and blankets were stained with blood. Instruments were not properly sterilized. Disposable medical supplies were not disposed of; they were reused, over and over again. Medical equipment such as the defibrillator, the EKG, the pulse oximeter, the blood pressure cuff was generally broken; even when it worked, it wasn't used. The emergency exit was padlocked shut. And scattered throughout, in cabinets, in the basement, in a freezer, in jars and bags and plastic jugs, were fetal remains. It was a baby charnel house."

In New Jersey [ http://www.punditandpundette.com/2011/02/safe... ]:

"The Department of Health and Senior Services investigated the abortion facility and found dirty forceps, rusty crochet hooks used to remove IUDs, and a quarter-inch of dirt and debris under an examining table."

For years, the supposed regulators averted their gaze - as a matter of policy. For abortion's ideological enforcers, the official euphemisms trump reality. For those on the receiving end of infection, mutilation, sterilization and death, reality has a way of intruding. Ask Nicole Gaither:

"Nicole Gaither got an abortion from Gosnell in 2001. After four days, she said, the pain was so bad she could barely walk. She returned to the clinic, where, she said Gosnell blithely told her he'd left fetal remains in her.

"Stand up! It don't hurt that bad!" he yelled at her, she said, before suctioning - without any medication - her insides."

Ask Patient SB:

"After inadequately dilating Patient S.B.'s cervix for a D&E abortion, Pendergraft ruptured her uterus and shoved the pre-born baby's body into the abdominal cavity. She was rushed to the hospital where she received an emergency hysterectomy along with the removal of the dead fetus, which was missing an arm. The arm was later found at Pendergraft's EPOC abortion clinic. His not reporting that he had removed the arm caused a delay in her care at the hospital as surgeons futilely attempted to locate the missing appendage."

Ask Rasheedah Dinkins:

"Dinkins, who was 22 at the time of the settlement, became severely ill following the abortion and was transferred to Newark Beth Israel Medical Center where she needed blood transfusions and had her uterus removed. She also suffered a stroke due to the serious blood loss and had one of her lungs collapse."

The back alley is back, and supersized: The above New Jersey clinic performs 10,000 abortions a year. When the pro-choice rally ends and Cameron Diaz, Ashley Judd and other celebrities d'un certain age return to Hollywood, and the upper-middle-class women with the one designer baby go back to their suburbs, a woman's "right to choose" means that, day in, day out, the blessings of this "right" fall disproportionately on all the identity groups the upscale liberals profess to care about - poor women, black women, Hispanic women, undocumented women, and other denizens of Big Government's back alley....
