Maybe you democrats should be the ones paying for the lazy slobs that would rather sit at home smoking dope, drinking alcohol, and smoke their crack, rather than work. Let us hard working people use OUR money on OUR family's well being, not the lazy section 8 bums, and so on. Your liberal entitlement programs just perpetuate laziness and give the pot-head, drunken slobs more reason to not work. That's human nature that can't be disputed.
I would rather have the criminals that run this country give me back ALL of MY money I have paid out for their social(ist) programs along with any calculated interest, for socialist security, medicare, etc. over my working lifetime and let me put it in my own savings account that those criminals in Washington can't pilfer from like they do from the social security account, and let me use it later in life towards my own health care plan when I retire. I don't mind paying for veteran's benefits though, because those folks didn't sit on their lazy **** es and abuse the system like many welfare, medicare and section 8's do, but served our country. The vets did something with their lives, not abuse the system like entitlement bums.
The criminals ARE running the country.
And they are paying no taxes.
Everyone else pays taxes.
Why shouldn't corporations?

Fine, than build and maintain your own damn roads, bridges and infrastructure. Deliver your own mail. Police your own cities. Educate yourselves. FIght your own wars with other nations. Plow your own roads when it snows. Maintain your own libraries. FIght corporations when they screw you. Make sure your own food stocks are pure and unpolluted by careless manufacturers. Set up your own labs to make sure their is no lead in paint and jewelry. YOU personally take care of each and everything government does, etc., etc., etc., etc., Live in your own dog eat dog world, and keep your children safe. Make sure your employer doesn't force you to work for pennies on the dollar, work twelve hours a day, and with no holidays or weekends off. YOU Do all those things yourself, that government provides. Than you can keep your damn money, since it's so all important to you.

And this notion that most people are "lazy slobs that would rather sit at home smoking dope, drinking alcohol, and smoke their crack, rather than work," is absolute nonsense. Maybe you are referring to people you know, or are you just listening to the right wing BS propaganda constantly. You know, the same right wing that when in charge of government spends money like drunken sailors, creates large deficits rather than paying for things, because taxes are so horrible, and then blames it all on the evil liberals. Where's the responsibility there?

Why don't you give us the figures, instead of employing glittering generalities, which are meaningless (try finding a neutral site)? And don't project when calling others names, it reveals too much about your own character. What embarrasses me is people like yourself obviously believing you represent American values.
I recall dropping in on a Tea Party meeting a few months ago just to see what the people were all about, at least at the local level. I was amazed that more than half of the people there were obviously older than 65, and collecting Social Security, Medicare, and Veteran's benefits. Why amazed? Basically because these people were fervently backing candidates and the Republican Party that has overtly come out over and over again recently saying they want to destroy those entitlements that the people in that crowd worked for most of their lives. Talk about biting one's nose off to spite their face.
So, you’re worried about my “glittering generalities” and then you say “I was amazed that more than half of the people there were obviously older than 65, and collecting Social Security, Medicare, and Veteran's benefits.” Now that’s an “amazing” generality, wouldn’t you say?

First off my friend, my statement that a “large majority” of Liberals are not tax producers is correct. Here’s an example. Those in “academia” are tax consumers, not tax producers and approximately 90% of them happily identify themselves as Liberal. It stands to reason (to normal people anyway) that anyone who derives their financial living from the “public trough” is going to vote for the candidate who has no problem with raising taxes. Now, if you are able to reason, you should therefore be able to figure out that those people who work in the “public sector” and therefore generate tax dollars, are much more likely to reject that same tax raising politician.

Everything you mentioned in the first paragraph could be taken care of by the private sector, not our bloated and overbearing govt. We can run most things ourselves without the government butting in. I would rather pay a private company a fee for their services than the morons running this country. This would be good for the economy. The private sector can do anything the govt can do, but better and way more efficiently. Govt is supposed to be a non-profit entity, but seems to squander more of my hard earned money, and is worse than Berny Madoff.
Also, employers forcing you to work for pennies and no benefits did occur 100 years ago, but not today. Unions had their place back in the days when employers did abuse the workers, but that's an era gone by. That argument is moot and you know it. Hell, even the illegal aliens that work in this country make decent wages compared to 3rd world countries, and that's not due to government regulations or the worthless unions. The illegal aliens sure in the hell are working harder than the lazy slobs collecting welfare and other free money, while sitting at home all day watching MSNBC.
And yes, most of the people that suck the working taxpayer dry with their entitlement checks ARE LAZY BUMS that keep on perpetuating their laziness with free handouts. I've seen it first hand most of my life and continue to. Like I said, it's human nature to have a carrot waved in front of your face and to continue to try to reach for it. If you take their free money away, then they have to be SELF SUFFICIENT for a change and work for a living. Any and all of these lazy slobs should be drug and alcohol tested if they want their free money to continue. If they fail a single test, then they lose their free money for life. I don't want my hard earned tax money flushed down the toilet by these leaches.
You know why the (evil) liberal media is a miserable failure? Because the majority of America doesn't follow the (evil) liberal mantra. You (evil) libbies can try to change our society to a socialist or even communist society, or make people permanently attached to the government teat, but you'll have people like me fighting it every step of the way. Obama was a good try by you liberals to change our society, but as we've seen, he is also a miserable failure. Take note of this.

Because big corporations employ workers. Without them, no work. It's a fringe benefit. It's good to be the king.

Who really cares what corporations pay in taxes. Not me. I pay my taxes and that's all I need to worry about.

There are more than 300,000,000 people in our country and the people choose their representatives to run their form of government Individuals like you may choose to live elsewhere. But if you choose to live here and take advantage of everything that our country has to offer, you'll need more than a little luck in your lonely fight to try to change it. Although I would concede that we'd be better off without you.

"Because big corporations employ workers"...

In China, for 2 dollars a day.
This is the Republican plan for the American worker.

"It's good to be the king."

Americans don't want a king.

"Who really cares what corporations pay in taxes"

Every family in America that has seen jobs disappear, schools crumble, and retirement security dissapate under the war on the middle class by the corporate Republican Party.

"I pay my taxes and that's all I need to worry about."

I'll let that go with no comment.

Show us exactly where you got that information that the Republicans want a $2/hr. minimum wage.

Americans don't want a king.

That was a quote from a movie and not to be taken literally, fool.

Every family in America that has seen jobs disappear, schools crumble, and retirement security dissapate under the war on the middle class by the corporate Republican Party.

Jobs have disappeared under Obama's failed stimulus plan. Schools are crumbling from the teacher's unions keeping ineffectual teachers employed due to tenure, and more interested in political power than what's good for the students. Retirement security has been pilfered by democrats who have been dipping into Social Security and not paying it back. Democrats are waging a class war against America and attempting to create civil distrust between the classes, further splitting the country into thirds like our worthless president and his henchmen.

"But if the conservatives in the House were truly interested in saving money, why did they fight so hard to save the income tax cuts for the wealthiest taxpayers? "
Because the money belongs to those who earned it and spending, not taxation, is the problem

Feb. 28, 1854

About 50 slavery opponents met in Ripon, Wis., to call for creation of a new political group that became the Republican Party.

I'll bet there were a lot of Democrats in 1854 that said basically the same thing as the title of this column.

The master of the liberal clich'e posts more. According to you corporations are evil huh? Go ahead and tax them to oblivion. They will leave the country and leave more unemployed in their wake. Your only solution to everything is taking money from those who earn it (yes evil corporations too). Try not spending so much. I am personally tired of working my arse off only to see how much is taken from me every two weeks, then see those who "work for me" (read public employees) snivel because they feel mistreated.

Have you seen the program "Portlandia" Yet???
It is a great satire on liberalism the mental disorder; though it is more like a true documentary they call it a satire.

It's definitely different but remember it's about liberalism the mental disorder and if you remember that while watching you will be greatly entertained. Friday Nights.
