Sioux Falls Man Pleads Guilty to Theft by Deception Charge

Attorney General Marty Jackley announces today that Michael Harry Monmaney, 27, Sioux Falls, has pled guilty to one count of theft by deception- grand theft, class 4 felony, punishable by up to 10 year imprisonment at the state penitentiary and/or $20,000 fine and one count of failure to inform buyer of right to cancel, class 2 misdemeanor.
