A 16-year-old Yankton female was arrested Friday on four counts of use of a fraudulent credit card to obtain property or services and four counts of identity theft. From Yankon newspaper June 25th. Mother can do it and State does not prosecute but daughter does it gets arrested? Amy Lyngstad did identity theft, got credit card in her daughter's name but no arrest. Yankton Sheriff's report shows id theft committed by Amy Lyngstad but no arrest. Why the double standard? Google Amy Lyngstad or Judge James W. Anderson who says Lyngstad can commit id theft with Judge Gilbertson's blessing
