I see all the hype and I agree it is hard for all parties. However, I have seen various family court orders ignored in this state (SC) that are never enforced actively. It is common practice to jump the state line when a parent is trying to avoid payment to the child's custodial parent or the court. This state needs to stop this practice. If the courts really want to help the children they would insist all family court orders found in contempt are executed!! Maybe the only thing good out of all the hype is that others will get the wheels turning to open the gates for the extradition of these so called civil criminals.
