darn shame if it passes,it will prove once again we have no value on citizenship that it can be bought and sold like a used car which seems to be the load all who support shamnesty are trying to push.

these fake Americans in office pushing shamnesty are like used car salesmen willing to sell junk and say it is the best, while fully knowing it is a fail and will break down soon in a pile only good for the junkyard.

I don't think citizenship should be part of immigration reform, but the simple fact is the we've ended up here because the far right wasted years on this ridiculous "no compromise, deport them all" crap and lost any opportunity they might have had to influence the nature of reform that was obviously inevitable.

Whine about it all you want. You share the blame.

I always see your post. You're opposing a good and a fair proposal for all came here except the native Indians. You're like a dog barking at a good neighbor. You need Cesar Milan, an undocumented Mexican who made it big here to tame you. Contact him, he might give you discount and TV coverage. But behave in front of the camera or he will whip your butt.

Thirty million illegal aliens in the US and the BEST EXAMPLE of how they have contributed to this country is a dog trainer???? He picks up dog shit for a living. Is that all you got?

"That path to citizenship would require illegal immigrants to go to the back of the line to apply for citizenship, require English proficiency exams, ensure immigrants are paying taxes and impose a fine for those who are illegal immigrants, Graham said."

So where does stopping the flow of illegal aliens come in? Or are things to remain the way they are except handing out 12-20 million citizenships.

The Obama government just dropped the requirement of border security, he does not enforce the law now. What makes you think he is going to enforce any conditions on illegal aliens?

Federal law says any illegal alien that government comes into contact with must be placed into deportation proceedings.

"8 U.S.C.§ 1225(a)(1) provides that “an alien present in the United States who has not been admitted ... shall be deemed for purposes of this chapter an applicant for admission.”

* This triggers 8 U.S.C.§ 1225(b)(2)(A), which mandates that if the immigration officer determines that the alien is unlawfully present, the alien must be placed in deportation proceedings:“In the case of an alien who is an applicant for admission, if the examining immigration officer determines that an alien seeking admission is not clearly and beyond a doubt entitled to be admitted, the alien shall be detained for a proceeding under section 1229a of this title.”

* The proceedings described in 8 U.S.C.§ 1229a are the deportation (or “removal”) proceedings of the US immigration courts."

i share no part in this deal. i have been pushing against this thing since 86. was making calls back when the border patrol would respond with a quickness. it is all on those who have excepted illegal aliens, hired them rented to them committed fraud to help them.

basically the folks who have been committing federal felonies since 86 by helping illegal aliens stay in the country. my part, i guess was not proving my point enough to the brain dead who trusted gov and the fools who believed those in office who agreed to enforce laws then stabbed everyone in the back by nodding winking and looking the other way while they took bribes. seems like right now may be another case of brain dead who think they will follow through this time.

the left says they are for the working class citizen, well with unemployment so high and their full support for illegal alien and giving shamnesty kind of shows they are no different than the far right. if shamnesty passes look for these #s to be multiplied beyond belief it will finish us off.

no American should ever give in to those who support illegal aliens it is an attack on the citizens.

"i share no part in this deal."

Bull.

If people like you had been willing to look for some reasonable compromises there might have been a chance for a resolution that didn't include a path to citizenship.

You're all or nothing approach got you exactly what some of us told you it would...nothing.

Unless I miss my guess you were one of those "anybody but Obama" fringers that wouldn't listen when you were told the candidate and the policies of the republican party would matter in 2012.

That didn't work so well for you either.

no law abiding citizen will bend to criminals, only other criminals do that. the only thing illegal aliens deserve is harsh punishment. being nice is a failure. no you make have them at your house or job who knows, yet i will continue to do my best to fight against illegal aliens by every legal means i can.

You're nut's dude..... immigration reform doesn't include you or Nanuq. He and you would never pass the intelligent test or the English proficiency testing, so don't waste you beer drinking and taco eating on changing anyone's culture and country. You might, if you're not a felon, get a work permit to pick strawberries. But enjoy the beer and have a fun fantasy.

Excerpt from an American history book from 2050: "In the US in the early 21st Century, one of the most remarkable events in world history occurred in what used to be the United States. Over 20 million uneducated, ignorant illegal aliens from Mexico put down their shovels, rakes, leaf blowers, toilet bowl brushes and brooms and took over the government of the entire country. The American citizens, both white and black, stood by silently as these peons moved into the White House, Congress and the Supreme Court. Selena Gomez was named president and "wise Latina" Sotomayer was named VP. It is the least we could do, the media reported, to pay back these hard working people who have contributed so much to our country. Spanish was made the official language and English was banned. The name United States was deemed to be to racist so it was renamed Spicistan.
