Gun permit laws, GA vs. SC

Even if SC does not honor GA permits, GA would reap loads of cash from SC toters (and others) if they would offer a non-resident permit. As it is now, a SC toter needs a non-res from: NH, PA or other states that have an agreement w/GA. GA is losing all this cash to other states. Sure, it would be good if both states could forge a reciprocal agreement at some time, but even a one-sided agreement might get the process going, and GA would score a lot of cash from SC citizens and others who visit GA regularly. And with GAs requirements as they are, virtually ALL toters from other states would be on a par or better...so qualifications is NOT a valid excuse to exclude those from other states. Hey GA, think this through.
