SC voter ID law rejected by Justice Department
The Justice Department on Friday rejected South Carolina's law requiring voters to show photo identification at the polls, saying it makes it harder for minorities to cast ballots.

Well the SCOTUS said it was all right to check Voter ID so I'm guessing we'll go with the Law of the land ! Even the DOJ can not go against the SCOTUS no matter how mad it makes them and Obama !
