Tough finding place to put snow
As yet another winter storm smothers Rhode Island in snow, some communities have resorted to trucking away mounds that have grown so huge they are encroaching on sidewalks and streets and blocking motorists' sight lines.

Yep, that is what I said...... MELT TRUCKS!!!
Large heating vehicles that snow is placed in and melted, water is then filtered and released. Filtering blocks road salts, oils and other contaminates and produces clean water for discharge. The cost is cheaper than hauling it away, mutural assistance with other communities in obtaining such equipment or with other communities that already have such, Think out side the box. Plan and prepare, this year may be a wash, but we WILL have next year!!!!
