Okay you got your deal and your wishes have come true.

Sooooooooooooo, on Thursday February 14, 2103, the new and happier American Airlines employees put on their happy faces and they go through a dramatic attitude adjustment.

All peaches and cream from now on!

Good luck and may God be with you all.

Correction, should be February 14, 2013, but then again if the new USAir and AMR are still around in 2103 it may take until then to get everything ironed out.

Well, now we wait and see if Parker will transform AA into just a larger version of US or will use this opportunity to build on the AA brand and worldwide recognition. There will be many layoffs and increased use of regional jets which could help to right size the aircraft to the market and perhaps open up new cities to feed the hubs.
I wish the best for all involved.

And Then There Were Three; Genesis.

Tickets prices will be going up, and this serves the Public so deservingly. They cheered as there was consolidation, union busting, fare wars, lobster service for a Grey hound fare, etc, etc. I hope it gets real expensive.

The number three is a naturally a stable number in any industry after cut throat competition and consolidation.

SWA does not count because it is still a minor league player and will probably end up in consolidation itself now.
