Medical Marijuana in Pennsylvania

Earlier this week, the Obama administration reversed the Bush administration's stance on medical marijuana , telling federal authorities not to arrest or prosecute medical marijuana distributors in states where medical marijuana is legal.

To start with we don't need medical pot, it's way past time to simply legalize it across the US. We waste billions of dollars trying to stop the unstoppable. It's time to make it legal, it's time to allow people to grow it for their own use or to sell to the government, so they can sell it and bring in much needed revenue. Pot does no more damage than drinking or smoking, so stop wasting our tax dollars.

I strongly agree.Marjiuana never killed people like drinking.And for the medical side I been usen it for my adhd for yrs.My old lady did research on my medication i was taken, the bad stomach cramps it gave me and then I couldn't eat.She notice that the marijuana done the same as the redlin but with out the side affects.From wrecks I been in my neck back is asways hurting and mucle spasims unbeleaveable.My doctor gives me pain killers and muscel relaxer they work but I find marijuana works better.The pain killer is eatting my kidneys away. No braggen ,for at least 15 yrs I use it to get threw day bye day.Like i said i strongly agree with this .

Count me in. I'd rather use something that is grown from"Mother Nature" than something that is manufactured.I have a rare neuromuscular condition.No cure, no treatments, multiple meds,blah, blah, blah.The pain is excruciating(especially when it rains).Besides, every time I get one of my meds. I feel like I'm being raped by the pharmaceutical companies.

iv'e been around pot & alcohol since 60's in military.. also worked security for yrs. seen more damage from alcohol that pot. it also helps with my pain from 3 back operations, headaches etc. time to stop wasting millions on arrests and jailing people for it's use. reefer madness is bull. this was all started in southwest against mexicans who were bringing it when they came to our country. get over it already!

And please don't take one quote from the bible and make it out to be murder, read the verses pertaining to that single verse. Killing in war or to defend yourself is not murder. With that said there have always been people that claim to be christians that do crazy stuff. A true Christian would never murder but would listen to what God instructed. Okay, lets get the term right - not babies, embryos - a simple clump of cells in a woman's uterus - and so I guess that makes it ok to murder the doctors that do it "in the name of god?"

How did this medical marijuana discussion become a religious discussion? Maybe because you 'christians' feel the need to push your religion on everyone...hence, the crusades. Don't smoke pot, read the bible. Yes, because the bible will cure my physical pain. Though shall not kill, yet murdering abortion doctors is ok.
