Unless they prescribe some antibiotics,a visit with a doctor is pointless and you only get a bill for time wasted. Be your own best friend and treat yourself right, cut down on the coffee and take more walks.... I wish I could follow my own advice but I live in a ghetto populated by bogeymen everywhere. There isn't any magic pill that can cure the plague of poverty or my agoraphobia.

Stress is a major contributor to a number of health issues, not the least of which is heart disease. IT is important to differentiate between stress induced anxiety, and physical conditions such as anxiety-disorders. Too often people who serious anxiety disorder go untreated, or told to cut down some stress in their lives.

Stress can also affect your teeth. Stress is a leading cause of bruxism, or teeth grinding. Over time, bruxism can damage your teeth, causing you to require dental care: http://cerritosdentalsurgery.com/cerritos-cos...

You might want to try this excellent natural alternative for helping you deal with stress - eleuthero. It seems to help your body deal with stress better - helps get your sleep rhythm back on track, energize you and help you keep a clear head even if you're under pressure.

Here's a great article by a doctor about how it can help your brain power when you're stressed. I've had it as a tea and it seems to work well!
