I never heard any real evidence that proved anything about her being dead, or that he killed her, all I really noticed is how some of the jurors took the opportunity to catch up on some sleep.

I did the District Attorney have Hope Meeks declared dead,.?? That would be one way to have a mder trial and the murderer charged with the murder of hope Meks. As for evidence it is now official that the D.A. presented enough evidence to convince the jury that Jerry Meeks did murder his wife. He is now sitting in a jail cell --that is proof enough. He will have his chance t prove different if he appeal.

Wonder if Mr Meeks had the county Jail special tonight for super, a cold Bolonnie sandwich. Never could afford one of those when I was growing up. We thought it was a rich man's round steak.

eMMA, THOSE CHILDREN MAY BE ASKING THEMSELVES THOSE QUESTIONS NOW ARE AT A LATER DATE AS THEY GROW OLDER AND WISER.wHAT RESPONSIBLE PERSON WOULD HAVE THEIR CHILDREN IN COURT WHEN A JURY IS BRINGING IN A VERDICT OF WHETHER ARE NOT THIER FATHER MAY HAVE MURDERED THEIR MOTHER. iMAGINE THE SHOCK IT WAS TO THEM TO SEE THEIR FATHER HAND CUFFED AND LED OFFTO JAIL. I CAN ONLY SAY I STAND HERE IN DISBELIEF OF THAT HAPPENING IN COURT BY A RESPONSIBLE PARENT as those children had no bearing on the outcome as to guilt or innocence.

Look all caps, if you have nothing to say on this case, then please go to another forum. And I have to agree with the fact that he should never have taken the children to court knowing that is when the verdict was coming in. it was like he was trying to use the children to get sympathy, or like he was saying that he is a great father. My opinion, what responsible parent takes them to court with himw hen the court is handing down a verdict in a murder case. Come on, him and that girl are irresponsible.

dude, relaxxxxxxx, that person was using sarcasm bc the caps lock cool meme has been on the internet for years, lol
it gets frustrating to read all caps, that's why the meme got started in the first place, and when you try to pose something like that there is a warning from topix telling you to chillax on the all caps bc it's unnecessary, anywayssssssssssssssssssssss
my comment on the case is ,well i guess just wondering whats going to happen with the kids, ar they going to a foster home? i didnt have any idea that jerry and tiffanie had a son together, that's cray

Well I think they are not gonna get the governor to intervene in this. And did the governor have the chance to intervene when he murdered his wife...no the governor didn't.He was found guilty on evidence and the jury convicted him, in the community where he was born and raised, while she was only there a few years. He should have thought before murdering this lovely young woman. I can not believe they took the children to court, they need to think before they act for goodness sake

So, how do the kids feel towards their Mother's side of the family right now? This just has to be one of the hardest things to go through, confusing, painful, traumatic. They are bound to have mixed emotions about it because it appears as if that side of the family took their Father away from them, which is not true because it's ultimately Jerry's own actions that caused it, but try explaining complicated matters such as this to a teenager. This seems like a very difficult thing to go through, hope they are all getting counseling and whatever they need.

Oklahoma Gov. Mary Failing is a homophobic liar. She despises and fears giving the same rights to all people irregardless of their sexual preference. She also fires people for reasons forbidden by Federal Law and then has her representatives lie for her in the press.

If Hope had any Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, Queer or Allies as friends, family, or associates, then Mary Failing would probably hop aboard the hate train and take over the engine.

Mary Fallin, bigoted bully politician. And no one is even running against her right now? I guess that's an indicator of how voters think and feel in Oklahoma? Sad state of affairs. I'm glad to say that I definitely don't share the sentiments of the majority.

I may have to take my elderly keyboard out behind the barn and put it out of its misry. Sure would miss it though as it has been with me fr many years. It has become o arthritic that it creaks, moans and groans. At times it still gives me good service nd at other times t is in bad pain, but it sil des not complain.
