Teen found incompetent to stand trial in fatal shooting of 15-year-old
One of two teens charged in the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old boy near Linden-McKinley STEM Academy was found incompetent to stand trial by a Franklin County Juvenile Court judge today.

Liberals always do their best to make sure the junior savages' are found incompetent to stand trial. If he was competent enough to steal and load a gun- he's competent enough to stand trial. It's really that simple folks!!!. FRY HIM this will assure that he never hurts anyone else, that proves that the death penalty works!!!
