Several Capitol Hill Republicans have since the recent anti-American attacks started calling for either a stop to such aid or at least tighter restrictions, despite the Obama administration saying that cutting off support would not resolve the “complicated” Middle East situation. Cutting off support would go a long way in assisting our own economy. The Middle will always be "complicated". It`s their history from day one.

“The American people are tired of this,” Sen. Rand Paul said Thursday on the Senate floor.“Our Treasury is bare. There is a multitude of reasons why we should not continue to send good money after bad.”

It would show a tremendous amount of leadership from this administration, in light of the recent developments, if the president were to demand that the amount of money that is in the [continuing resolution] for Libya and Egypt be stripped,” said Louisiana GOP Rep. Jeff Landry.

The money being gifted to foreign contries are:

Egypt 6.4 billion/yr

Lybya 206.3 million/yr

Yemen 620 million last year. 64 million this year.

Tunisia 300 million/yr

These countries are anti American. The free ride should end. The Middle East cannot be pacified with cash.

The extremists cannot be pacified. If Irael 'wiped off the map', as they want, they would find something else to clammer about. There will never be enough. So, stop it all and fortify Israel against attack.
