What’s wrong with this picture? A handful of partisan self-serving deranged democRats passed a sick bill that leaves them to dictate what millions and millions of people can do with their bodies...So for the good of the motherland You must insure your body or else the democRat slave masters will make you and your body feel miserable with their threats and fines. Where the hell are the body protecting abortion rights azzholes? The ones who throw tantrums when someone mentions saving the unborn and that's interpreted as telling women what to do with their bodies...The hypocrites are nowhere just like all those times clintoon wasn't hearing the word, "NO." Make no mistake about it obamacare/TAX sucks just like obama and his demented anti-America marxist chump change.

They hate federal mandates so much that, when given the choice, they prefer the federal government design their state program. LOL

It's too bad we're a democratic republic and most Americans don't feel like you. The majority voted differently. They voted to uphold national RMONEYCARE, enacted by the Congress, signed by the President, and upheld by the Supreme Court as CONSTITUTIONAL. America rejects your view and voted to give President Obama FOUR MORE YEARS, that will not even START until January. In the meantime, there's the fiscal cliff to address. We have to figure out how to pay for the illegal Bush wars. We should have voted for RON PAUL ten years ago. We wouldn't be in this mess today.

Papa John's Pizza, Hurricane Wings & Grill, and some branches of Denny's and Applebee's are all facing calls for a boycott after their CEOs promised to pass Obamacare's costs on to consumers or to staff.

obamacare = disaster More and more big corporations are laying off workers due to cost of obamacare. Higher unemployment, increased food stamp users, and more burdens on taxpayers. I believe many Obama voters will be very sorry they cast their vote for him.

they've had since 2010 to get it together. they can set up their own exchanges, accept a partnership with the federal government or allow Washington to take control. in addition, this administration has been offering assistance to every state to get it up and running, it's just that these particular governors were depending on Romney getting elected. . when the fed takes over the situation they'll wish they had just done what they needed to do in the first place.

What do these governors have in mind? Having citizens sicken and die earlier so that they won't be a burden on the state? Is that the Republican plan, just die? Sound very conservative.

People with incomes between 138 percent and 400 percent of the federal poverty level will be able to purchase affordable, high-quality health insurance through exchanges — private health insurance that can be purchased over the Internet. A family of four with an annual income of $38,820,(138 percent of the federal poverty level), will pay $77 per month for a $1,000 per month policy. With income of $92,200 (400 percent of the federal poverty level), the family will pay $730 per month. The difference between the $1,000 monthly premium and what the family pays will be rebated to the family through a federal income tax credit. People whose annual income is below 138 percent of poverty ($15,425 for a single individual) will be eligible for Medicaid. This will insure millions of uninsured Americans who are not eligible for existing Medicaid. Under the Supreme Court decision which upheld the constitutionality of Obamacare, states have the option of not participating in this Medicaid expansion. A state would be foolish to exercise this option, because the federal government will pay the entire cost of Medicaid for new enrollees through 2017. Furthermore, the state's share of the cost never exceeds 10 percent. If someone offers to give you $9 if you spend $1, take the deal. Not too shabby.......

If they had gone for a single payer plan in the first place we would not be having these arguments. obamacare is just a gift to the insurance and drug companies and contains no real reform!
