The election process has always been and continues to be imperfect. Study the history of the Kennedy-Nixon 1960 presidential election as a sample of how imperfect the process has always been.

All of us need to continue to improve the one person one vote concept. However some of the problem lies with voters who do not pay attention to what they are doing or who do not exercise other options, like absentee balloting, should they suspect irregularities at their polling place.

We can and will make this a better process but perfection is not in the cards when and where human beings are involved.

The best system is the one used throughout all of America's history - the punchcard ballots with chads. Hanging chads, pregnant chads etc., was a childish ruse from the Democrat party to disqualify votes. That was where the fraud began. I don't trust the electronic system and believe it should be scrapped. Computers CAN be programmed in a biased way. No doubt about it.
