We might as well legalize it since we can't prevent it.
At least we could tax it for revenue we need to improve our school funding, which has never been equal for all schools. We could provide vocational programs and more halfway houses to stop the return of inmates to prison because they can't find work to be able to support themselves.
We might even be able to return to mental institutional programs instead of using prisons for inmates that need mental help that they don't get in prison.
