I like DG. He makes the weather interesting. He just needs to stop using that 4 letter s word in the forecast. We don't need anymore of it.

Mr. Goddard I hope you read this. I am a Parma Resident and own a snow removal company. I was wondering if during the snow fall season you could give "An Official Snow Plow Report". Just curious because it would help a lot of us out there.

Dick, My husband Frank and I enjoyed meeting with you at the Dover Discount Drug Mart this month. I'm enjoying reading the calendar we bought there. The bobble head is great too! I have been a fan of yours since the 1960's. You're the greatest weatherman in the Nation!!!!! If our pictures turn out we will email them to you. Have a Happy New Year!

I love Dick Goddard-I have been watching him for as long as I can remember. His passion for animals is legendary and I absolutely respect him for that! I am an animal lover too (3 cats & 2 dogs). I would love for Mr. Goddard to join my campaign for justice for Elderly victims of exploitation. The elderly are also innocent defenseless victims of those who choose to prey on them. My mom has Alzheimers and is a victim of exploitation and if someone as influential as Dick Goddard would stand up for people like her I know that we could get some laws in place that would protect these innocent helpless victims. My mom's story needs to be told as well as the stories of similar victims. Can you help us-Dick?

Dick, We had a pair of Red-wing blackbirds join our other friends at the feeder this morning. Love to feed the birds, we also had a coopers Hawk, who enjoyed his little catch earlier. They all have to eat.

Sincerely,

There is something terribly wrong with Dick's comment a few days ago about leaving animals outside in this weather. NO, it should not be done.
BUT, nor should you, as dick suggested leave a human being out there either. But that is what Dick said.
What's going on here? We are teaching people, especially the kids, that animals are as important as people. NO THEY ARE NOT!!!!
And yet animals are now given the same standing as people. This is not even subtle any longer.
You know, someone makes a slight racial comment, a faux pax about a socially incorrect comment, they get taken off the air.
Well, the Christian religion just received a slight but nobody seems to notice.

My uncle feeds the outdoor cats meow mix and the robins come to the garage to eat it while we sit outside to watch.

I think Mr. Goddard's definition of a BLUE MOON needs revision!

The trendy definition of "blue Moon" as the second full Moon in a month is a mistake.

Recent decades have seen widespread popular embrace of the idea that when a calendar month contains two full Moons, the second one is called a "Blue Moon."

Hi, Dick~

I've been watching your weather forecasts since I was young, and I love them!!

Could you please explain what the coloring on the maps means? We try to follow but we can never keep up with the grid.

I'm guessing blue is snow, green is rain? Is that correct?

I believe that is exactly what Mr. Goddard said. Additionally that is exactly what a blue moon is and I have never heard otherwise.

I am sorry I have to disagree with this person. We are teaching our children that yes, pets are very importanat; just like humans & that we should treat them all with respect & take care of everyone the same. Our pets deserve to be cared for just like our children.
